From the 27th to the 29th of October, 2016,  Urgent Action Fund (UAF) – Africa are partnering with Global Alliance for Green and Gender Action (GAGGA) to host a regional consortium meeting on environmental justice and African feminism. This consortium entails capacity development work for participants to enable them with a Afrifeminist lens by making the case for the value addition of women’s human rights activism in the field of environmental justice; connect with other feminist and mainstream human rights organisations working on environmental justice to learn from their experiences; among other structured learning opportunities.
